Lately, an innovation research on Agricultural Science and Technology Professionals (ASTPs) of Stage-specific drivers and bottlenecks in agricultural innovation ecosystems: Evidence from agricultural science and technology professionals’ three-stage innovation behavior co-contributed by AXHU faculty SHI Xiafan石夏芳(first author) et al., focusing on the agricultural production systems in the Digitalization era, was accepted and published at the impact international journal of Elsevier-AGRICULTURAL SYSTEMS.

OBJECTIVE

‘This study identifies stage-specific drivers and bottlenecks of ASTPs’ innovation behavior from a three-stage perspective (generation-diffusion-implementation), focusing on a capability framework of foundation-resources-networks, and examining the mediating role of risk management capacity.’

Agricultural Systems is “an international journal that deals with interactions- among the components of agricultural systems, among hierarchical levels of agricultural systems, between agricultural and other land use systems, and between agricultural systems and their natural, social and economic environments.” at ELSEVIER, which was included into the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS)-based academic accreditation system (JCR Q1-enlisted in the category of Agribusiness of Agriculture & Forestry Sciences, Impact Factor of 7.0 for the five consecutive years).

In the future innovation research at AXHU School of Business, the pioneering faculty members will continue to deepen the academic commitments of transformative change to digital agriculture, agricultural innovation ecosystem, developing the scientific and technological talent, agricultural innovation in sustainability, and, while preparing a massive number of high-end, applied graduates from AXHU campus, to warrant their common efforts valuable to “strong-in-agriculture” affordability claims for the national rural revitalization strategy.
