Mongolian University of Labor educators came to AXHU

Mongolian University of Labor president G. BAYARMAA and her entourage visited the AXHU main campus, on May 19, 2026.

AXHU executive vice president WANG Li, along with the chief staff and teacher representatives at the International Exchange and Cooperation Office, Department for Teaching Affairs, Alum Office, School of International Education, School of Accounting and Finance, School of Urban Construction, and other administrative sectors, warmly greeted the dedicated educators from Mongolia.

During the visit, they head to the Structure Lab and Preview Fabrication Workshop at the School of Urban Construction, where the communications staff introduced the talent cultivation patterns as well as the infrastructural equipment mainly for the Safety Engineering program, the ways of teaching & research, and the practical results, all of which was highly recognized by the visiting educators.

After that, they walk into the School of International Education and pay a visit to all the international students from Mongolia. And BAYARMAA in person learns of their academic situations, while inspiring them to cherish the international learning experiences to enhance their professional performance as good as possible, last but no least, if possible to become the excellent student ambassadors to deepen the China-Mongolia friendships.

Moreover, at the training centers of the School of Accounting & Finance—especially for the Economics & Management and the Financial Big Data, with the dean’s introduction in details of the teaching backgrounds of financial data analysis, simulation training, and other specialties, they all got astonished to know the School-based innovative practices in University-Industry integration and applied talent cultivation, and the advanced facilities within the training framework as well.  

After that, a theme conference is hosted at Room 608, AXHU Research Building, which was moderated by the School of International Education executive dean, also the deputy director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Office, CHENG Yi.  

There, in behalf of AXHU Administration, Wang delivers her welcoming address to the Mongolian delegation, and briefs a history of AXHU Education, disciplinary layouts, and achievements in international education practices over the past years, pointing out, “Upholding the ‘Belt & Road’ education initiatives by the MOE, it has established a community of international relations in the stable context of global higher education advancement to the date,” and with our greatest hopes of promoting much more joint programs, including the visiting scholars, exchange students, international studies, and other academic possibles, the substantially cooperative actions will be put in a high-quality, high-efficiency progress, which can rapidly gain popularity at a larger scale also.

Correspondingly, BAYARMAA, after returning thanks to AXHUers’ hospitality lots, shared their own campus features and disciplinary strengths too, serving as the only university affiliated directly to the Mongolian Labor Union Confederation, which is majorly focusing their academic influences on the national labor relations specially in governmental-level matters. On the other hand, it insists on the trending idea of ‘Open’ schooling to integrate its own community inclusion—always expanding internationally— into the worldwide high-level university families.

Suggestively, she believes that there will be much bigger space of international education cooperation and collaboration based on some of intercollegiate support and supplement policies tailored such as for the existing fields of Accounting, Economics, Labour Economics, Safety Engineering, or others, especially with singling out the “1+3” undergraduate programs in flexibility to establish a long-term cooperative bond to initiate the ‘Asian Ivy League’ historically.  

While engaged in the hourslong open-ended meeting with much constructive thinking  from both sides, who reached altogether on an array of consensuses on agenda, like the funding of ‘AXHU Mongolian Alum’.   

In the end, with getting each other culturally-featured souvenirs and taking a group picture, the exchange tour came to an end on the exciting campus.    

The next day, as scheduled thoughtfully by the AXHU administration, they went on a business trip to the Hefei Municipal Administration & Culture New District now featuring in an emerging landscape of ‘New Hefei’ as a Science & Technology Star City of China, and specially journeyed to experience the centuries-old Huizhou culture徽州文化traditions at the Anhui Museum pavilions too, which was fabulously favoured by all the Mongolian guests as for the Hefei-area urban construction prioritizing in big sci-tech innovation atmosphere of China.

The Mongolian educators’ trip to China AXHU helps establish a new framework of the bilateral cooperation and academic priorities for a thorough grounding in the talent cultivation, disciplinary co-development, international exchange, and much more.
