On the afternoon of Mar 31, 2026, a symposium of “Deepening University-Enterprise Concerted Commitments to Co-educating Music Art Talents” with regard to AXHU-anhuiyanyiGroup Exchange & Innovation Cooperation runs up at the AXHU College of Music Rehearsal Hall.

Convening to discussions on University-Industry co-development of Arts Education, the attendees include: AXG vice president, also chairman of AXHU Board of Trustees, WANG Xiaowu; the College of Music dean WANG Xiaoge, executive dean PENG Zhi, deputy dean TANG Peixuan, and all the faculty members; the School of Culture and Communication deputy dean XING Yu; anhuiyanyiGroup CPC committee secretary, trustee, co-manager DENG Qiong; Anhui Drama Theatre executive director HUANG Lei; Anhui Performing Arts Culture and Art Training Center manager ZHANG Jinjun, and other distinguished corporate representatives based in city of Hefei.  

Intellectually, all the active members, gathering prior to the academic innovation cooperation event, toured the professionally established facilities at the College of Music, and appreciated the current students’ rehearsal performance of musical theater “Beauty and the Beast,” during that they come closer to know more the industry-level production potentials out of the achieved career preparation by educating and training their junior student peers at AXHU campus.

They, afterward, learned of the AXHU Education’ journey to fulfill its mission, historic view, disciplinary architecture, as well as the future layout to be continued, effectively, more than 20 years later, in the increasingly diverse campus, while attentively watching the AXHU Communication & Promotion Videos.   

Focusing on the turning point AXG majorly through a ‘cornerstone’ coalition of AXG-sponsored Trinity of higher education so far, i.e., AXHU + Clinical College of Anhui Medical University + Hongshan College of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics, WANG Xiaowu’s remarks led to some provoking passages, especially with issues on the flagship AXHU’s future editions being updated internationally in the current dynamic context.

So, adhering to the “Being Virtues; Pursuing Truth; Erudition; Innovation” practices, AXG-AXHU entity will “initially” continue to promote that areas of inter-university, college-enterprise, and university-government innovation collaboration or other multiple spin-off series, and thus today’s meeting honorably with a community of career experts of performing arts and/or educators should turn to “findings” of how to make the overall constructive engagements in AXHU College of Music, while officially active conferring, later scheduled to plan to grow the music talent of excellence in bigger numbers.

During the all-member process, the AXHU Education can “contribute its effective participation” to booming the Anhui-area culture cause, sterling higher learning outcomes, and thus Chinese educational impact on a global scale.    

Furthered with that, Wang Xiaoge at first shared the 2026-27 talent policy and planning by facts and data that are practically proving the present preconditions and strategic directions of securing the drama theater-specific programs to be driven, while empirically systematic, based on the specialty highlights and market-oriented interplay to reinforce the upcoming transformation from the on-campus academic progress, to the professionalized training solutions, and soon to the in-theater big influences of the applied talents of Arts.

And in behalf of anhuiyanyiGroup, Deng introduced its industrial complex’s “marathon”  either of corporate developmental momentum of staying up-to-date in the big times or of the artistic talents producing by generations meaningfully.

In consequence, to co-build such university-enterprise cooperative space to catalyze the People’s Government of Anhui Province’s initiative on “Culturally Powered” regional theme of Well Be, and, when approaching synergistically, to promote the national classical culture inheritance with a much refreshing view of new Art talents’ opportunities in the context of global higher education breakthroughs.  

Thinking and talking through the exchange sessions, all the members hotly brainstormed,  proposed, and then reached a collection of core determinations (or deliberations), covering the cultivating methodologies, discipline constructionist access, the progressive site of “ANGEL” talents, and to be concrete, being involved in collaboration of futuristic design of intellectual framework, artistic creations, transformed value of teaching and training, and other innovation outreaches in the real world.

Along the new pathway of preparing high-quality young talent of music arts, all in all, the synergistic opportunities will have marked a new chapter for Anhui-type culture dedications thoughtfully.

The symposium came to an end with a memorable collective photo before the AXHU’s building 7—being home for the new College of Music, but not end all the members’ thinking..., however.
