AXHU Education installed at Laos

Mar 10, 2026, International Office,5-minute read

On the afternoon of Mar 8, 2026, the AXHU-based delegation was about to land on Vientiane Wattay International Airport.

...there, the Laotian SOULIYAVONG Group president PHONSAVATH in person along with his education chief and secretaries of public relations had had arrived much earlier at the International Arrivals, while earnestly waiting for the inbound flight boarding AXHU educators, also goodwill envoys of China Higher Education, and expecting for a really long time... to continue to espouse the first batch of AXG-SOULIYAVONG’s Engagement 2025-26 with its academic programs formally mandated at MOE in the area of China-Laos educational cooperation and collaboration across disciplines available at all levels.

Historically charted on Dec 26, 2025, at AXG headquarters based in the city of Hefei, Anhui, China, the joint education practices program since went off as scheduled.

After that time, the on-boarding members at AXHU, who had publicly gone through the AXHU-wide reviews with additional screening to meet all requirements for eligibility to process on, while under the entire guidance of the School of International Education expert board, academically focusing on almost all the aspects of the ‘going global’ of Chinese language program, like the three tenured faculty members in the School of Culture and Communication, YANG Luze, CAO Dieli, and DING Zezhi, volunteer this time to pick up the groundbreaking workloads during the next two months in regard to their own professional, physical and intercultural preparations above all for making themselves not only feel personally accountable but also to be held responsible in behalf of Chinese higher education eligible for this pretty valuable experience of international higher education co-building to phase out its linguistics degree programs in Chinese language at Laos.

Correspondingly, the Prejob Training series online and in person, from Jan 16 through March 4, at the AXHU School of International Education, highlight the Laos’ national culture traditions, teaching methods and approaches of international Chinese language, discipline for foreign affairs, and other safety and security issues.

At the March 4 conclusion ceremony, there are full of the best congratulations but strict  foreign work requirements from the lead expert XU Ming, the director of AXHU International Exchange and Cooperation Office, conscientiously adding: “To take care of individual psychological and physical condition-and cultural status on the basis of safety and security; To fully display the AXHU International Education’s mission and values as well as the personal teaching capabilities in the real world; To be responsible and expressible for the daily teaching tasks or other public good engagements as the excellent reps from AXHU campus, mostly reflecting the China’s Higher Education political attitude and its worldwide image so far; To respect the national traditions and indigenous culture habits and make more local friends in the context of intercultural adaption, instead of ‘culture shock,’ by internationalization solutions; To behave proactively, inclusively, and completely with the great responsibilities and duties when acting out the far-reaching role both of Spokespeople AXHU and Communicators of Chinese Culture definitely at the same time.”

Having its internationally critical staffing scheduled is what the China Belt and Road Initiative wants to deepen, extend and expand its core pedagogical part of being in response to the increasing glamour of “Global Community of Shared Future” via such academic program consolidations across the southeast Asia.

And, to be clear, the official induction of AXHU-specified higher teaching load of Chinese language certificate courses would impact, connect, and support pretty more younger talents as ‘culture bridge’ between Laos and China, mainly because the people involved have been “doing their best” to follow up with whatever they themselves can on the agenda, like the day’s family-like meetup enjoying the hustle and bustle of the modern airport, and toward the utmost common target in reliability and of sustainability, however, without any private reason, both of them deserving the utmost respect in the history of AXG-SOULIYAVONG’s dedication to the next generations’ well being forever.

In the upcoming days, AXHU administrators including the pioneering members at the School of International Education will continue to prepare, recommend, and send overseas as planned strategically the faculty, students and staff, being confident and also well-qualified within the framework of the MOE administrative policies through the 15th Five-year plan of China, to enrich and consolidate the international education community with AXHU’s absolute willingness and ongoing strengths in scientific and humanistic advancement to secure the regional realities of what the Belt and Road in the new era can implicate widely, profoundly, and significantly.
