Congratulations to AXHU international students of excellence

Recently, the 2025 Annual Conference of Anhui Vocational Education International Development Alliance & the Award Ceremony of Anhui Provincial Scholarship and Grant for International Students from Belt and Road Co-building Countries was scheduled and hosted by Anhui Finance & Trade Vocational College, and AXHU vice president HE Xingjia, the School of International Education dean Fan Dongsheng, and 10 recipients from the current AXHU Intl. Students, who comprehensively performed well in the year’s academic career, local cultural adaptations, and positive engagements in Chinese Belt and Road initiatives, attended the grand event.

Set by the Anhui Education Development Foundation, the Scholarship & Grant—coming off each academic year—is subject to the annual accreditation over the student candidates’ academic records and steep career progression with a flexible learning curve, which is designed to develop the Anhui-based international education coalition as a new home in central China to provide educational opportunities and support for more foreign students from Belt and Road counties, if they are eligible for the full-time bachelor’s or master’s programs according to the MOE admissions and enrollment standards.

Correspondingly, with powerful resolution and tributes to the Chinese Belt and Road initiatives by co-building the international education community, the Educational Department of Anhui Province and its active affiliates have already been working out in the area of Anhui vocational education international development.

In behalf of the AXHU 10-member awardees from Mongolia and Indonesia, who are well qualified for all the evaluation criteria, AXHU vice president HE Xingjia attended the award ceremony, received the certificates, and along with other dedicated members engaged in the Alliance marked the victorious moment.

Meanwhile, the four Mongolian AXHU students presenting their learning results at the intercultural activity “Anhui International Education Achievements Exhibition” vividly both staged what they had achieved on AXHU campus so far and won a wide range of recognition and applause from these distinguished experts and passionate guests there.

The 2025 event not only spoke highly of the prize-winning students’ a yearlong progress, but also confirmed the AXHU-wide efforts to drive the Anhui-area educational internationalization, while putting in place the Belt and Road education guidelines for Anhui provincial higher education institutions toward the international forefronts.

In the coming years, AXHU Education’s engagement will continue to be based on the allied platform, to deepen international exchange and cooperation, to better the educational quality system for cultivating more and more international students who will become the high-end talents internationally, who are willing to know the Chinese cultural traditions, looking forward to establishing a bigger intercultural community, and upholding, co-shaping, and communicating the Chinese world view of “Shared Future” in the higher learning context.
