On Dec. 10, 2025, AXHU College of Music deputy dean, also pro music producer, TANG Peixuan-led delegation, including two young teachers and four current students, headed to the Hunan Satellite TV studio production for recording and filming the A-line Music Variety Show popularly known “SHENG-SHENG-BU-XI CHINA FASHION SEASON”声生不息·华流季 (episodes 6-7) nationwide.

The AXHU people truly had had an unusual all-thorough immersive experience that comes with every step of the way to top music works making there, as one of the official judge panels of reviewing, screening, and voting for the candidate songs that can clearly go on to top hits, while professionally having face-to-face exchange with a number of big names of actor-director, in the studios and outside.  

At the workplaces in person, they also witnessed many of elite-level personalities, who have been following their famous career many years later in the circle of China’s pop music but still challenge themselves constantly, spanning the preliminary preparations, on-site tune-ups, technical guarantees, and otherwise, which were excelling in the general obsession with the entire dedicated process, such as the modernized complex of stage designing, surround sound system, and AI-aided lighting effect to tag along to the visual, audio, and emotional expressions for accurate musical communications of excellence, alluring, especially for those young student delegates from AXHU campus, “everyone now feeling that way” of the pro execution to land in the prestigious competition in artistry, grace, skills, technologies, and strength to succeed quite literally.

After that, they talked for a long time with the Program Director-General GU Su, who generously shared with the yearslong self-development experiences of modern artistic creation and innovation in orchestration of cultural diversities, answering their academic questions relevant in details too, while stressing that “the adaptations to the newest aesthetic standards should not only be deeply rooted in the Chinese profound musical traditions, but also take courage to try your hardest on any things worth the interdisciplinary interrogations step-to-step.”

In the end of 2025, the exchange tour to Hunan Satellite TV is an important outreach of AXHU undergraduate programs special for expanding the real-world training area to test and cultivate a large number of talents of music featuring in the creative abilities and market insights as well, and the College urged, “the ongoing in-depth cooperative actions of this kind will build up a point-to-point highway academically—linking the classroom backups, to on-stage artistic displays, and to industrial outcomes for the mass entertainment community—to connect with a framework of official media agencies like Chinese TV corporations, radio stations, or other governmental communications sectors across all levels.”
