Honorably, AXHU deputy to 28^th National Students Congress

On July 2, in Beijing, just before the 14th plenary session of All-China Youth Federation (ACYF) and the 28th National Students Congress of All-China Students’ Federation (ACSF), President Xi Jinping sends congratulatory message to all the younger fellow members, congratulating and encouraging: “Our next generations of young people across China and overseas ones should shoulder the historical missions of national rejuvenation of China while adhering to the global communist philosophy thriving always in the new era, altogether, to mark another new splendid chapter with our patriotic dedications and devotions in the prime time.” 

JIANG Chao, male, AXHU Student Union chief, C’26, an undergraduate of Audit at AXHU School of Accounting and Finance, as the only representative of not only AXHU campus honor roll, but also the Anhui-area private higher learning community, joined the biggest event.

At the beginning, altogether, after learning of the full text of Xi’s congratulatory letter and the CPC Central Committee’s critical statement, they started out on the ACYF-ACSF agenda, sincerely and meticulously.

The grand convention passed the Resolutions—to take effect upon the work reports, respectively, of the 13^rd ACYF Standing Committee-and of the 27^th ACSF Working Committee.

And it, stressing resolve under the leadership of Chinese President Xi Jinping, also CPC General Secretary and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, at its core, and adhering to Xi’s vision for the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, concluded the ACYF and ACSF organizations go-ahead and the working processes on all  aspects within the past five years—all with that to propose the next five-year plan for stepping up the additional efforts to deepen reform and institutional construction overall.   

Fully carrying out the spirit of the 20^th CPC National Congress (Incl. the Second and Third Session), having insight into the decisive significance of “Two-Decision两个确立,” and being aligned with “Two-Upholding两个维护,” these young ‘elite commandos’ should take on the Chinese historical mission, brave ‘SELF-revolution’ for the reform and innovation, and call for the common commitments by all the young people and college students across China—lifting up the bright red CPC Flag along the socialist new journey—to bring them together to forge ahead.

Throughout the all-member reviews on the July’s ballot for the resolution to coming into force—the ACYF and ACSF charters 2025 (Amendment), which did lawfully incorporate the important parts of “Two-Decision,” “Four-Stance四个意识,” “Four-Confidence四个自信,” “Two-Upholding,” under the overall leadership of the CPC committee at all levels into the version updated.

Calling for the next generations of Chinese youth, who are always being closely around the central CPC committee led by President Xi to determine the time-tested thought for “advancing socialism with Chinese characteristics,” the mega gatherings will observe a new chapter marking the youth’s responsibilities and enabling aspirations—along with other world’s populations—to put in place the nationals’ hopes for welfare, well being, and blessing in the China’s new era.

Also in an appearance on the big meeting, JIANG Chao, based on the spirit of the Letter and the Statement, was dedicated himself to the congressional affiliates proceeding on agenda to discuss, review, and ballot for every item of the Resolutions—contributing to the regulatory approvals to execute lawfully and routinely later, during which he historically represents the high profile and positive image of Anhui-area college students overall.     

As a role model being cheered at AXHU community, not only was Jiang behaving constructive, positive for public affairs on campus and beyond—honoring with so many titles official, like “Core Membership” by MOE summer program: San-Xia-Xiang; “Volunteer Excellence” by Anhui Broadcasting Corporation (AHTV); “Volunteer Excellence” by Hefei High-tech Zone Administration; “Publicity Pacemaker” and “Pioneer” by AXHU Communist Young League; and “Outstanding Student Cadre” [as  the bellwether and co-founder during his tenure at AXHU Student Union, he heralded a social landscape of AXHU community’s being with an unique identity of ‘Value & Culture’ activities in succession at the center stage, and offered much of campus-friendly comprehensive service and academic assistance as far as his practical efforts with other fellows, on the college students’ side, can widely reach for the AXHU-wide public good] by AXHU Office, and so on, but also achieved lots of scientific facts on his own academic path forward: first prize at the 2024 Anhui Accounting & Taxation Competition (disciplinary application samples); third prize at ‘GUOYUAN SECURITIES Cup 2024’ Anhui Financial Investment Innovation Competition for College Students; and also recipient of AXHU-level scholarship for the second straight year.

Joining the big event of 2025, historically at its most scale and size, to unify, react and consolidate on the grounds of Chinese ideological, political, and educational initiatives in the new era, with the CPC central committee and the State Council leaderships’ sincere care and hope to the young, while summoning up courage of the acting members’ bearing their responsibilities and duties in advancing national rejuvenation, more and more youth themselves will follow up on the new journey—proclaiming a common chapter of theirs to be marked splendidly.

After that, “AXHU Youth organizations gathering to learn the Congress’s spirit and the  contents, will in turn communicate that to all the students at AXHU campus and devote their knowledge and energy to make AXHU campus brilliant also in the times,” Zhang Chao said in an interview at AXHU Media Center.
