Organized by the working committee of Anhui Academy for International Students’ Education & Management, the General Elections assembly for the 3rd Governing Board, also the annual meeting of 2024, was successfully hosted at Chuzhou University on Nov 16, which brought together over 80 chief staff members at 31 universities and colleges in Anhui, which invited honorably the AXHU Memberships led by the executive deputy dean of School of International Education CHENG Yi.
During the meeting, the Academy chair HU Jian delivered the 2024 Work Report, while the vice secretary-general ZHANG Yan pronounced the annual financial statement.
Based on the “International Study @ AXHU” undergraduate programs set out in 2018, the AXHU International Office has already harvested many Fruits regarding the educational support & aids and everyday management for international students’ affairs on campus, which was positively recognized by all the Academy fellows, who unanimously voted it as the 3rd Governing Board which is rotating in 2025 at AXHU.
Officially, Anhui Academy for International Students’ Education & Management, serving as an impact academic body across Anhui province, was ratified Jan. 2015 by both the Anhui Provincial Department of Education and the Anhui Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, which aims at pooling the strengths and wisdom of current staff and talented practitioners working on the front lines to edge wonders on a vigorous, sustainable development itself on all aspects, so as to sharply promote the Anhui-wide international education at all levels.
Meanwhile, this gathering has exerted a great influence on the managerial practices and in-depth understanding of how to mostly work out many first-tier, high-efficient, intercultural and cross-linguistic higher education innovations and transformations in the new era.
