2024 AXHU Action for educational capacity building

On the morning of Sep 27, AXHU HR office held a job fair of “High-End Talents Add To AXHU’s Mission,” especially for recruitment and retention of more quality doctoral researchers and impact academic staff from around the world.

And a number of young fellows from some pioneering institutions joined this event to shape their future work placements, such as Wuhan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Northeast Forestry University, Macau University of Science and Technology, University of Nottingham, and more. 

Seeing the official videos for public communications & information, they learned about AXHU’s educational philosophy, the significant changes steeped in history and culture, research ideas and generalizable outcomes for social benefit. And they were also riding the Campus Tour EV to enjoy the vibrant greenery and humanistic splendor alongside the yard’s boulevards.

Moreover, they correspondingly attended the symposiums hosted by the dean (or provost) at each of the schools and departments, during which they conducted an in-depth discussion on a wide range of critical issues, including the disciplinary sustainable development, R&D platform/Lab, prestigious academics, support policies, and so forth. 

Starting at 10:00 am, the consultation & selection process set out at 608 AXHU Research Building, the prospective candidates presented their own background and disciplines, and shared their understandings and suggestions based on the symposiums too.

And AXHU leadership team, HR staff, and the interviewees exchanged opinions inclusively on the strategic staffing support, research power by areas, academic effectiveness for innovation and collaboration, openings and opportunities, as well as individual benefits and rewards, while building a career at AXHU or planning for the near future. 

The AXHU administration will continue to administer the pipeline programs of “Talent Acquisition & Outreach” to help foster a first-class academic environment and featured higher education services for a nationwide high-level applied university in the year of 2025.
