And AXHU School of Culture and Communication faculty PAN Chiqun earned the third prize (of Singles Final).
The branded promotion titled with “Academic Tour @ Anhui” is also exploring ways to combine Ideological and Political Education in the classroom settings with the local cultural tourism resources.
The 2024 feature event collects 805 works of individuals’ from 16 Anhui-wide sections in a range of areas, including prefecture-level cities, provincial-level departments and affiliates, general higher education institutions, secondary technical schools, Academic Tour organizations, tourism sectors, and more, during which every qualifier should finish pooling online, preliminary phase, pro-recommendations, and in-person review on site.
Based on Anhui Provincial Education Department Quality Engineering programs to set out a synergistic construction of Demo Class in the Ideological and Political context, the AXHU School of Culture and Communication faculty researchers conducted on educational field trips to rediscover the values of folk operas popular in Anhui Huangshan City and beyond.
Consequently, benefiting from the interplay between the classroom activities on campus and the travel as in destinations, the School shaped an innovative course ‘Roles in Times—Academic Tour Design for Traditional Chinese Opera Culture’ via incorporating the indigenous culture elements into the educational practices of Modern Aesthetics at AXHU, by which to create more opportunities of immersive learning experiences from the diverse perspectives, which will inject new momentum for preservation and development of the local cultural traditions.
According to Anhui Provincial Education Department construction plan for the local high-level applied universities in line with new trends in regional economy and social evolution, AXHU explores the well-integrated strategies available to enlarge high-efficient transformation based on applied research and solutions by a host of the ‘dual-capacity’ faculty or subject-specific researchers, and the innovation-driven networks will continue to generate new power in the regions.
