On Friday morning, Apr 26, 2024, a special job fair of “Bring together AXHU young talents to improve the Taizhou area,” went off successfully on AXHU campus, and the chief marshals included the assistant president, also CPC AXHU committee member, SHAO Ling, the deputy director of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security at Wenling City, Zhejiang province, also its CPC committee member, WU Yongbiao, and others.

This event invited more than 18 enterprises and businesses, such as Zhejiang Lingde Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Danau Industries and more, which offered over 917 job positions, spanning machine manufacturing, electrical engineering and automation, international trade, marketing, advertisement design, and the like.

During that, Shao visited every employment unit on site, had a deeper exchange and communication in person, and encouraged the graduating students, C’ 24, to build up confidence to laud for their own academic strengths, achievements and early career interest for positive change.

Afterwards, the AXHU administration and the Department dignitaries held a conference at Room 508, AXHU Research Building, which included the staff with the Center for Career Development of AXHU Department for Student Affairs along with student representatives from AXHU schools and departments and the college seniors.  

At first, Shao extended her warm-hearted greetings to the visiting experts and employers, and detailed the AXHU-wide current educational situations, school-running ethos, as well as career expectations of the graduating students of 2024.

Moreover, Wu made an introduction to the geographical features, industrial structure, enterprise profiles, talents policy in the city of Wenling, etc., and at the same time released the Digital Platform for Mapping College Student Employment. 

Meanwhile, the People’s Government of Wenling Municipality announced a Notice—Short Video Competition for China Young Elites on Job-seeking and Study Tour, and offered the letter of invitation to AXHU Class of 2024 for this year’s programme.  

In addition, the two parties exchanged their inspiring ideas of how to promote high-quality employment of graduates, to shape a regular operation system, and to put the cross-regional university-enterprise cooperation initiatives in place.

Consequently, this event will boost the redevelopment of talents resource and its achievement-sharing in all aspects, deepen the exchange and cooperation in this field, and escalate the integration between higher education institutions and regional impact enterprises and organizations.

And AXHU continues to power the point-to-point combination for its influence, expand the channels of employment and field trips, establish the comprehensive platform for talent exchange via services in person or virtual supporting involvement, and guarantee the early career of excellence in bright futures of outstanding graduates in the coming days.
