Four Courses of National-level First Class Added

Recently, the MOE authority announced its official accreditation for the Third Batch of national first-class undergraduate content courses, which amounted to 5,999 at Chinese universities and colleges—totally, comprising 234 from the private units of 154.

AXHU, as only one of Anhui-area private higher education institutions, got additional challenge on a progressive course, historically, ranking 3^rd in the private field with its four current courses proposed for this educational project.

The AXHU education put up the proposals this time: of three academic sorts therein, viz., mixed engagement off- and on-line; in-person; social practice, the Data Structure/Civil Engineering Materials (mixed), Fundamentals of Mono-Chip Computers & Applications (in-person), Enterprise Operations and Management (social practice), honorably, with that to call the AXHU faculty’s accomplishment for the recent years a ‘significant milestone’ in the areas of new engineering science and new liberal arts.  

When insisting a pedagogical philosophy of “Student-centered, Output-oriented” mattering at the central part of AXHU education, its corresponding solutions straddling collegiate, provincial to national disciplinary frameworks for the content strategy of Chinese educational innovation in a new era, help make AXHU remain among top rankings of China private universities and colleges. Wherefore, till now, five of AXHU-wide credit courses have already been granted as national first-class undergraduate courses, 94 as the provincial-level, nine among MOE ‘Mining Plan,’ 10 available on MOE ‘Smart Ed Platform,’ and more.
