2025 National Original Line Dance Competition

The four-day event, hosted by the Management Center for Gymnastics of the General Administration of Sport of China, starting Jul 16, 2025, at Hunan Huaihua Sports Center, gathering 63 delegations based in Beijing, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Anhui, Hainan, and other regions of China, features a great glamour of the Chinese traditional dance performing art while manifesting a positive mien advancing in the new era, during that dedicated time, Team AXHU—mainly affiliated to AXHU Line Dance Club, received three gold of the College Group, respectively, in the categories: “Medley,” “Ethnic Style,” and “Originals,” and also as an awardee of the “Sportsmanship Excellence” as well.

During such hot summertime, intensively long-term training throughout the intent summer program ahead of the finals, all the team members, in particular, got themselves ready and ever confident with their holistic incremental advances in dancing style, creative formations, nuanced connotations, costume designs, and iconic interpretations and expressions anyhow, which will be filled with cultural insight into performance to the Chinese folk music, and later feasting much of the anticipation of audience and peer fellows on the sporting venue while streaming on the big LED screen, marking a time of intricate, high-throughout combination of the nationally-inherited time-honored  elements and Line Dance’s most popular features.  

As the shining facets of the AXHU education, the younger college students’ positive images and high-profile moves on stage will help make and meet up with more friends at home and abroad, who are willing to know more about AXHU educational practice on the agenda.

This dancing event, literally compared to a “role model” across Chinese educational advances, comprehensively and intermediately, takes vantage of the Line Dance’s value and function itself to activate the students’ passion overall based on AXHU PE initiatives engaged in the nationwide fitness campaign, meanwhile, expanding the impact of the Chinese traditional culture of excellence globally.
