AXHU delegation to QuantumCTek Co., Ltd.

The delegation, led by AXG vice president WANG Xiaowu, also chairman of AXHU Board of Trustees, including the AXHU vice president WANG Qijin, managing directors at the Science & Technology Department, and some administrators with the Schools and Departments, went on a field trip on Tuesday afternoon, May 13, at the Hefei headquarters building of QuantumCTek Group, where they were warmly greeted by the chairman YING Yong, outreach manager TANG Hao at the Marketing Department for Educational Development, and senior staff Dr. ZHAO Yukang, and conducted research exercises for tapping most University-Enterprise cooperative opportunities and potentials of jointly fostering the innovative talent in the field of quantum technology.  

Then Ying gives his welcoming address, introduces the QuantumCTek’ mission and values: the “company is a leading manufacturer of quantum communication equipment and supplier of quantum security solutions globally, serving government affairs, finance, power, and other fields,” and reconfirms that the new talent cultivation—which QuantumCTek people engaged in for years—and technological innovations will be the pivotal factors for the current enterprises’ full-winged evolution.

And WANG takes a moment to thank, briefs the more than 20-year history of AXHU education, especially for its layout of key disciplinary construction goals of Electronic Information Engineering continued throughout the coming years, talent solutions, and R&D innovations in the process, and by pursuing talks, foresees that AXHU community will conduct some kinds of in-depth cooperation and collaboration with, like QuantumCTek, the leading enterprising entities nationally-and the AXHU graduating seniors of excellence by majors, specialties, as well as individual characteristics are hopefully being screened and channeled to the targeted industrial sectors at a higher level could serve well worth the unseen effects for the industry-friendly ‘panoramic routes’ and put the national educational strategies into places thereof, co-framing a multiple of links and connections, whatsoever,—synergistically, transformatively, pervasively—to form a capacity-empowering two-way highway involving talent, industry, innovation, and much more, while improving disciplinary educational level on the campus, enforcing the enterprise-wide solution for high-quality hands-on talent among its highest number and standard, and promising that student-candidates’ career path to self-actualization step-by-step.   

Moreover, during the exchange meeting, the two sides reach a package of cooperative agreements suggesting at the initial stage, which rang from joint educational practices, co-developers’ scientific projects, to co-building training bases for internships in person or remote, cross-cutting ‘Micro-majors,’ and others.   

Accompanied by Tang, they pay a visit to the TECH Hall of Fame, learning of the  world-wide evolution of Quantum Technology, the core theories to support widely, and many of technical breakthroughs and innovative products at QuantumCTek, such as quantum communication equipment, superconducting quantum computing and measurement cases via the top-ranking computer “Zuchongzhi” with access to the same 176-qubit for the superiority experiment so far.

This AXHU empirical but pragmatic action is now shaping a vision of high-tech educational platform service grounded on the Tech titan’s complete solutions, and AXHU administration will put their common understandings and sparks into official documentaries, into many of contented practices, into across-the-board convergences, and into concrete training settings or working environment at the times, where either dedicated student-researchers or early career professionals can be long mentored to transform themselves into the internal pillar staff members to co-engine the escalation of those national industries of impact and first-tier institutes’ wide-ranging commitments in the Quantum areas, globally.
