More recently, AXHU alumnus XU Xudong honorably received the ‘China Youth May Fourth Medal’ granted by both the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China (CYLC) and the All-China Youth Federation (ACYF), which is celebrated as the greatest achievements and contributions that the Chinese young people are working out to promote the national modernization development in the new era, through which on the other side is showcasing the Chinese youth’s top-flight pursuits and truth-seeking aspirations, and with which their epic stories of impact nationwide will inspire and steer more and more dedicators from all walks of life to throw themselves into the greatest cause of national revival and welfare.
XU, male, CPC member, born in 1996, a native of Taihe county, Fuyang city, Anhui province, a graduate student, C’18, finishing his undergraduate program of Architectures at the AXHU School of Urban Construction, who was named later on a timeline: the senior agronomist for national rural revitalization programs; secretary-general of Taihe-Based Big Farmers Alliance; vice chairman of Anhui Provincial Neo-Agriculturists Union; deputy director of Anhui Soybean Industry Association; vice manager of Anhui Rural Economic Cooperation Organization; and more, is now an acting manager of Taihe Congxiang Modern Agricultural Cooperative.
Also, he was selected as the alternate member of the 19th session of CYLC central committee, positive member of 15th session of Anhui CYLC committee, and executive member of 12th session of Anhui Youth Association, and was honored with the Young Pioneer of National Rural revitalization Initiative, Anhui Beautiful New Farmer, Fuyang-based China Youth May Fourth Medalist, Fuyang Excellent People.
Almost, the young are staying high-profile to make new Chinese history, and meantime the whole country is standing with these active members—gathering together according to the Party’s guidelines and policies in the new era, among whom Xu himself has already displayed some facets of the record-tying achievements from the varied, storied workplaces nationwide, such as “XI’S VISION: To Be A New Farmer,” the original video works by Xu’s team, which was ratified as the “National Theoretical Publicity Video Excellence” by the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China.
More than 20-year later, the laureate-bearing AXHU community is now representing the ideal impact of “Being Virtues; Pursuing Truth; Erudition; Innovation” that the AXHU educational providers unconditionally strive for the facts of itself, which will always spur and inspire the alumni from generation to generation.
“Thanks to our alma mater: when facing the battering headwinds on a ‘one-way ticket’ while taking and challenging new social identities completely changed in lifetime—sometimes recollecting a wealth of academic memorabilia and interested happenings as we now look back, instead—the four years’ living in the also young AXHU campus caring forever in our heart makes us vivid, confident, and stronger...again, against any emotional baggage upon the grown-ups in the fully-scheduled areas,” Xu reminisced emotionally while making a wish of ‘Never too later’ for all the lifelong beautiful things.
In recent years, AXHU administration has consistently been adhering to the Chinese president Xi’s new proposals on comprehensive development of higher education at a higher level, highlighting the ongoing pedagogical reform and innovations driven by the morality-oriented, people-centered, future-shared educational exercises to cultivate the next generation of youth talent featuring aspirations, responsibilities, and capabilities.
So, like XU Xudong, the all-China advancement working on all fronts needs to make most exemplary younger grads popular across China, being widely activated and charged to pioneer our common larger-than-life goals originated from higher education efforts for the grassroots benefits, while staying up to date with the public expectations in the new era.
