The AXHU Grand Yard Tour coming for the fourth straight year, also among the highlights is the AXHUers’ traditional gala to celebrate the 25^th anniversary of ‘525 Mental Health Day’ for the national college students.

The AXHU-wide 2025 Health & Wellness Actions for all the current students’ mental shortcut, opened on the morning of April 9.

Also included at the launching ceremony beside the Ruqin Lake are AXHU vice president WANG Qijing; Department for Student Affairs director RUI Ping; executive deans, administrative officers, and the special mentors, liaisons, or counsellors at the schools and departments; and other volunteers.

So, via taking a short period of time to recall, reflect, or catch up with your philosophically idealistic destinations for which you were struggling and doing on campus, she called for all the faculty, students and staff to take a dose of ‘cure-all’ in transcendentalism when needed, that in case some unclear symptoms like depression, anxiety or autism were burdening your routine pace more sluggish in your daily life, you might openly escape yourselves to somewhere you have a feel of easy leniency, indulging with an opportunity of a ‘limited’ mental bandwidth by self-expression and self-disclosure regimen to surmount any so-called ‘Impossibility’ while establishing “a belief in the essential unity of all creation...” at the ‘swap pit stops’ along the rest of your life.

“The structured domain nestled in the magical cradle of AXHU Education Success was functioning better as a campus-wide ‘Mental Shortcut’ under optimum conditions, among which AXHU administration already have and will monitor and guide the individual’s response to spiritual, emotional, intellectual wellness, whose hearty constitution is working out with the aim of not only stepping back from the mental depletion and routine disruption, but also safeguarding their academic goals,” Wang confirmed.

“Furthermore, AXHU administrators will always offer a ‘big warm hug’ to assist the far-reaching development of Mental Health Education as a long-term process for college students’ mental resources in the long run.”

The “Strolling In Springtime” event, alight with some of recreational games and popular quizzes at the lakeside booths and favorite spots of 10 or so, vividly nicknamed: the “Sure-Handed Fun Facts,” “Crack A Smile,” “A Big Heart,” “Selective Memory,...” helped them both to make predictions and measurement about their psychological and physiological performance and to untangle much of the stressful times accumulated in tensions and weariness through introspection, reflection, chatting, and meditation  beside the scenic Ruqin Lake in stillness and tranquility, where later appeared to be a spiritual wonderland in Ecstasy.
