This IOC-endorsed winter event has become comprehensively most distinct “influencer” at scale in Asia.

In homage to Tian’s yearslong dedications to the highest research initiatives and  transformations via the AXHU’s reinforcement discipline planning, while for her career goals on top of another in succession, including at the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 and the 14th National Winter Games, PRC, all-AXHU is in the face of overall challenges coming from prospective educational breakthroughs of “blooming en masse in early spring of 2025,” based on innovative solutions and adaptations approachable to push the limits over time.

The Asian Winter Games of 2025 closed Feb 14, and Anhui delegation takes home its first gold so far in such international sporting revelers’ event.

Behind those “moving” stories on the ice rink, there is a broad connection of snow & ice sports lovers & goers like TIAN Xinrui among AXHU PE faculty to mark the “Speed and Passion” chapters on condition of anonymity, whose professional potentials and lifelong pursuits become guarantees for eligibility sweeping the categories.

Honorably, Tian was named the “tech support” many times.

Her unusual working knowledge and career experiences, such as at the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 and the 14th National Winter Games of China, provide more insights and facets than other part-timers being sidelined would have believed “what it looks like a little bit” intuitively.

With another tech official recommended by the Administration of Sport of Anhui Province, we underwent from 2018-22 the skillsets grinding programs, while preparing with theoretical and practical reinforcements for absolutely workouts later when standing on the world’s center stage.

Moreover, as to the “countdown” testing cases ready for launching the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022, the organizing committee offered a broad rehearsal of simulation operations as well as the makeshifts accessing to resolving every contingency or severe abruptness as much as possible, such as blue screens of death while the formal match was going on the venue..., so the hand-hold timer or another timely solutions would make nice, and make up any gap in the real-time situations.

The major “tech support” group consists of the competition committee-appointed  referees, inspectors general, and oversight officials, involving game declaring, penalty checking, timekeeping and recording, and more.

“They, at first, as the immediate decision-makers over the rivalry, should be very familiar with the ice hockey rules and regulations in case of an emergency,” Tian told the reporter.

Necessarily, with ten-minute scrutiny and retrieval to hold each athlete’s appearance feature out with a 360-degree view.

Today’s Tian has had collected a silver bullet while in the middle, which could go into effect in some way of “taking the least time ahead to remember their individual characteristics to identify as in distinctiveness.”

“Being engaged with every match, any second-split absence of mind or slightest negligence will probably cause the “Fair Competition” trapped into harsh troubles against IOC Spirit & Belief, which sometimes couldn’t compromise, hold back on, or take back anyhow, specially for making the audience experience and expectations ‘positive’ on the spot,” confirmed Tian.

“Facing the facts, many of the negative factors incurring wrong judgement subject to such  moving fast and strong contact competition, is in often-occurred dilemma in the real environment, such as coming from a time of bodily collision at a high speed, which could hinder the tech officials’ sight from the Player Number identification on the jersey.”

Moreover, “as stipulated officially, each tech official will receive a full list of the current players, only about ten minutes shortly before the game comes, during which we should impress ourselves with the sporting guys’ unique appearance in details, even including the fashion colors special in their shoelaces and mittens,” Tian shared.

After arriving at Harbin Jan 31—falling on the third day of Chinese lunar new year, Tian would lodge at the event accommodations during her tenure, during that she should ride at 7:00 am every morning in the shuttle bus heading to the sports venues and then she would work there till midnight—working well under maximum pressure over half a month.

“In recent days, all the things at hand seemingly became easier than before. Today, I needed to take over the tech support for two matches running in five or six hours, according to organizing committee agenda,” Tian wrote in her diary Feb 14.

Graduating with a master’s in sports performance from Anhui Normal University, Tian joins the AXHU Gen Ed Department faculty to teach the impact PE courses like Cheerleading to the current undergrads from 2018 on, and also helps AXHU delegates earn a wide array of national-level wins in this field.

“It is our good luck to partake in AXHU PE education initiatives, and is a great honor for my “tech support” career potentials to embody professionally at some top-level sport events worldwide,” Tian urged.

“No matter whenever you get interested in the uncertainty things and whatever you get ready to make a difference by teaming up to fields, driving ourselves to become confident in a rational way and to behave strongest-ever with all-out efforts will help understand the positive sense of a meaningful life.”
