2024 Chinese University Street Dance Championship (CUSDC), organized by the China Student Sports Federation (CSSF), lights up with energy and inspiration on Dec 6-8, in the city of Huzhou, Zhejiang, China.

The highest-ranked AXHU candidates, led by the Gen Ed Department PE faculty CHEN Fangzheng and JIN Ri, were identified one gold and two silver at the Breaking-Group A, scoring checksums in Team Big, Team Small, and Social Promotion Routines.  

Depending on ‘mirror work’ with their scrupulous coaches’ choreography in positive stature at AXHU, the ones push the limits to another Upward outlook, staying well-geared in each battle, familiarizing themselves with stretches of nuances deeply rooted in Rhythm & Timing, and presenting a different kind of visual experience—combining elements of jumps, tumbling, gyrating, holding of poses, as well as other impromptu maneuvers—of impact on the general adjudicators and audiences, while interpreting how the agility, strength, confidence, harmony and grace may raise the bar in succession,and benchmarking the street dance sports with what their quick-witted movements and best-groomed styles could exercise on the famous square.

“There is massive support from AXHU administration, which helps capture the vantage points lots of nourishing the youth careers on campus,” said the B-Boys & Girls at the award ceremony. “With the guidance of AXHU motto, vying for spectacles and miracles in the rock foundations, we will continue to break, shock and make prequels to a blazing life from AXHU community.”
