AXHU’s heritage:Is it not delight to have friends coming form distant quarters?

Nov 6, 2024, International Office,5-minute read

On the afternoon of Oct 30, 2024, the awarding ceremony for celebrating the full completion of “AXHU 2024 Boot Camp” research program unique for IDER UNIVERSITY current students was hosted at 211 Build-7 in AXHU yard.

The attendees include: IDER UNIVERSITY faculty Darcy, all the staff members with AXHU International Exchange and Cooperation Office/School of International Education, the program students from Mongolia, some current international students of excellence at AXHU, which was moderated by the executive vice dean of AXHU School of International Education CHENG Yi.

During the special occasion, the relevant leaders and chief staff also put the focus on this year’s Admissions & Aid processing for AXHU-based “1+3” undergraduate programs, the teaching commitment and regulation, as well as general engagement and daily management for overseas student affairs on the campus, with which both sides shaped a collection of resolutions, formulations, and effective solutions for propelling the educational breakthrough and innovation which could be personalized with the career goals of young people at home and abroad.

ERDENE-OCHIR, a current student who was a surprising pick for goodwill ambassador from IDER UNIVERSITY to the 4-day program, shared his earlier story in romance and endearment at AXHU’s community over the past hours, personally, and rubbed elbows with a hall of young men, elegantly refreshing fond memories: the magic campus tour, short on-campus Upskill courses for Chinese language learning, immersive experience of Chinese culture and traditions, as well as the team’s dynamics in global and regional studies.

Gleefully, “We had a deeper understanding as the main beneficiaries—along with China higher education’s astounding development in the new era—of how AXHU has and could be whatever it is, and especially made friends longtime with Chinese young people along the way. And ‘Xie-Xie’谢谢 to AXHU faculty, students, staff, and so much more, for your generous supports and considerate services!”

And the program members were presented with both the Academic Credential and AXHUers’ best congratulations, who successfully completed the training series on agenda, conferred by the School of International Education/International Exchange and Cooperation Office, which was framed historically with a copy of GROUP picture to build out AXHU-IDER future.

At last, Prof FAN Dongsheng working as the dean of the School looked back “what all the practitioners and supporters engaged with the initiative wanted to illuminate the change and turns possible in the context of international higher education from the very beginning.”

A few years later, the exchange students’ achievement is prompting a loud cheer, who should, however, double down on the high-standard pursuits confirming in the association areas of Chinese language and culture.

Moreover, the AXHU vice president HE Xingjia warmly met with the international students beside the Ruqing Lake shimmering under the sunlight in fall 2024, and urged “to continue to learn Chinese language at the advanced level and to communicate what you had experienced at AXHU community, and to make more Mongolian people better know the Chinese indigenous culture, time-honored traditions, and wholistic dedication to building a burgeoning, harmonious, humanistic society in both China and internationally.”

In the years that followed, the School’s members still stick to, enrich, and strengthen the “1+3” program outreach, which must play an outsize role in generating academic opportunities for more international candidates to learn about Chinese culture and to shape a global horizon across higher learning institutions in the 21st century.
