Mar. 12, 2024, to secure a high-quality growth of University-Enterprise networks and the seamless connections of supply-aid structure for co-educating sustainability talents in the context of higher education, a signing ceremony of 2024 AXHU-iFLYTEK Cooperation Programme went off successfully, including the executive dean at AXHU School of Culture and Communication HONG Yu, the deputy dean LUO Zhenlin, the manager-in-general for the Experiment and Training Center ZHAI Chunxiang, the faculty members CHEN Qiyu with the Department of Chinese Language and SONG Zhiqiang with the Department of Journalism-and the director for the University-Enterprise Cooperation at the iFLYTEK AI-Resource Department CHENG Cheng, also the deputy manager of the Procurement Department, the superintendent of University-Enterprise Cooperation LIU Chengcheng, which was moderated by Zhai.

At first, Hong, on the behalf of AXHU, presented welcomes and thanks to these world-leading professionals from the iFLYTEK, and detailed the current status of  disciplinary construction, talents cultivation, and more.

Constructively, “AXHU had always attached the importance to internship programs for the graduates via building on- and off-campus training bases and workshops. So, AXHUers, being aligned with the overall goal of educating high-quality applied talents as many as possible, hope to reshape a closely coupled mechanism for “new quality productive forces,” by which to motivate the deeper integration of the shared resources, wider engagement of university-enterprise educational practices in the field, mutual support through win-win cooperation,” she stressed.

And Cheng shared the iFLYTEK’s history, missions, corporate culture, professional edges, and otherwise. “This event marked a new milestone of AXHU-iFLYTEK collaboration and cooperation in sustainability. The iFLYTEK will be devoted to tapping the opportunities in some relevant untapped areas so that more and more candidate graduates can obtain high-efficient early career experiences specialized in new sci-tech product research and development, and to unleashing individuals’ potentials for high-quality professional expectations within the corresponding positions, while engaging with industry-level projects and innovations in the real world,” he said. “At the same time, the AXHU community could include the culture, traditions and initiatives of the enterprises and organizations in partnership into its existing educational system as well as curricula planning.”

Besides, the two parties conducted a time of deep discussion to re-design an array of concrete actions and initiatives, such as shared resources, curriculum development, preparing talents, internship, field trips, employment, and much more. 

This remarkable event at AXHU was priming with common enrichment in the beginning of 2024 spring semester, which reimagined a brilliant, ecological landscape of preparing innovative talents and high-end professionals at the new emerging sci-tech industries in the time of AI, by which to drive the internal educational system reform, to consolidate the connections between the higher education major training and the industrial creations, and to ensure high-quality career development opportunities for the graduating students.
