On Mar 23, 2023, in the spectrum of degree programs/courses, teaching staff and students exchanges, academic conferences, etc., based on the AXHU-VSU Memorandum of Understanding (reached by the AXHU president ZHAO Liangqing and the VSU vice president, also provost, Robert T. Smith), AXHU and VSU (Valdosta State University) will deploy an in-depth cross-country cooperation and transformational research in the context of higher learning.

Founded in 1906, the VSU, a public university with the right to grant the degrees (BA/BSc, MA/MSc and Doctorate) in Valdosta, Georgia, U.S., consists of the College of Science and Mathematics, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, Harley Langdale Jr. College of Business Administration, James L. and Dorothy H. Dewar College of Education and Human Services, College of Nursing and Health Sciences, Online College for Career Advancement, etc. This signing event marks a far-reaching preparation and the effective collaboration gets started in the new era.
