Another year in, a sweetness gifting in the fruitful season rejoices the diligent, harvest-wishing plowmen.

Albeit the recent COVID outbreaks and increasing pressure of 2022 postgraduate entrance examination, AXHUers wrap up and achieve an exceptional breakthrough. As known, there are record-high numbers of the senior students enrolled this year, funneling to a dozen of reputed domestic universities, such as University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Nankai University (NKU), China Jiliang University (CJLU), Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), Hefei University of Technology (HFUT), Anhui University (AHU), Nanjing Tech University (NJUT), etc..

In a state of competition in postgraduate admissions across China, the AXHU undergraduates engage in and make a good achievement in 2022, which is originated from the students’ day-and-night hardship, the limelight of AXHU administration focusing on the students’ academic competence and professional capability, scientific planning and targeted design for the graduating students.

 

Paired support, peers guidance

To be on a positive trend and in a new way, both the family members and school community are jointly to incubate a cozy environment for the students’ learning and life, while preparing for the 2022 exam. Over the past few years, the School of Pharmacy of AXHU has harvested a shining success, which adopts a cohort of innovative methods including the Note Taking contest, alumni association constituted by the AXHU graduates, who are studying for the Master’s degree or Doctor’s degree in other universities, effective learning in flourishing style, entrepreneurship, publicity, and industry- university- research cooperation, to create favorable conditions and serve students, wholeheartedly.

In addition, the School implements a multiple-approach, through-course, and all-aspect  instructing and mentoring for those examinees: 1) inviting excellent alumni to share their previous experiences while preparing for postgraduate exam; hosting mobilization meeting, paired assistance with the CPC members; the last-stage ushering service of the renowned teachers from the graduate schools of higher education across China. 2) publicizing the significance of participating in the postgraduate education among those newly-enrolled undergraduates to make them be aware of the “journey” leading to success, being with the students at the center, joint support of the family members and the school community to pave a way for students’ growth, development and self-actualization. 3) combing with the new media communicating to create the featured column for alumni, by which the current students can learn, exchange and build up confidence, so as to realize his or her goal, successfully.

 

To leverage, and forward step by step

The School of Urban Construction adheres to the spirit of AXHU motto, aiming to nurture a large quantity of cultured, high-quality university students. In recent years, the School provides students with the customized education service in stratification to improve the implementation of mentoring practices for the graduating students registering for the 2022 exam, such as to create a sound atmosphere with a supply of the designated learning space, to make a survey of the examinee’ s information in advance and in alignment with his or her academic level, capability, clear preference or interests, to target the prospective university, and invite the experienced teachers or adepts with the corresponding department to have a face-to-face instruction providing some insight into the critical aspects of how to be better prepared for the second round test or interview, and variables chosen for the adequate option in the scope of the appropriate universities. In 2022, 87 senior students of the School matriculated into a number of famous universities including Hefei University of Technology (HFUT), Anhui University (AHU), Anhui Agricultural University (AAU), Anhui Jianzhu University (AHJZU), etc.. Tenaciously, the School continues to fulfill the related instructing and mentoring work, and tries to hit a record high in the near future.

 

Heartwarming designing to inject impetus

The School of Accounting and Finance concentrates on the quality education and consistently carries out a student-centered pedagogical philosophy. It comprehensively employs its resources available to build up enabling environment in the light of the students’ particular needs, so as to create an “exclusive community” (for the postgraduate exam).

Since 2021, the School has refurbished and transformed the 6 classrooms of the Teaching Building 4 into the well-equipped, exclusive study space for the 288 examinees (the class of 2022). And the student organizations play a positive role in maintaining a clean, tidy, learning-friendly venue, and secure the public resources to be distributed evenly and to be utilized rationally. The School constitutes a “ Permit in Real Name” system and the Guideline to Use the Study Room, by which the examinees’ ambitions and aspirations are sparked as much as possible. In 2022, some senior students of the School are enrolled into the renowned higher education, such as Nankai University (NKU), the Southwest University of Political Science and Law (SWUPL), Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA). In the future, the School will further strengthen the postgraduate exam-related practices, so as to increase the enrollment rate as well as propel a sound employment in all aspects.

The shining stars lightening the way, the plowmen’ s sweat and diligence never fail to live up their expectations. In the future, the School is firmly resolved to realize a high-caliber education, comprising of targeted employment service, mentoring for postgraduate exam, construction of positive learning style, and so on.
