The 2025 Symposium, organized March 22 by Wuhan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Nanjing University, on enhancing and expanding, in effect, the current, or incoming, international students’ general knowledge clear of Chinese stated position of “Shared Future” on the world’s cultural, pedagogical, political and economic stage, and its most positive evolution—as the second-largest nation—including the core information of MOE-initiated global solutions, according to the resolution adopted by the UN General Assembly: “a comprehensive, far-reaching and people-centred set of universal and transformative Sustainable Development Goals and targets...,” observes areas of concern that the young people worldwide are being in the face of harsh challenges at almost a choke point after the post-COVID hit in realities of attitudes around the obscure educational opportunities piercing through the unprecedented period.
And the AXHU School of International Education deputy dean HUANG Zhe-led delegation, including the faculty members ZUO Liya, LIU Rongqin, XUE Zhongshui and LI Mofan, join and think all the while of expanding their own understandings with the intended activities at the Wuhan University School of International Education, specialized in improving the teaching & research capacity and intercultural commitments to the highest standard.
To take theme speeches on the 2025 Agenda from the floor at the conference: Prof. JIANG Feng at Shanghai International Studies University probing into the effective countermeasures against “the hot issues pressing by countries and regions” in the academic areas.
Additionally, the Deputy Secretary-General of China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) AN Yan’s report on “Study at China” the branding developmental item “to foster mutual understanding and respect, and to exchange brilliant ideas in every aspect of the international educational development & reform,” via resource integration, innovative publicity, promotional efficiency, standard construction, key capacities-growing for transformation and more, while furthering the “soft power” of international students engaged in the Chinese higher education programs, short-term study tours, or other civic engagements.
Already, the contents during the group discussion, trekking through the six-point reasoning on the frontiers, mainly included: major policies, theoretical supports, intercultural communications, digital technologies, feature curriculum R&D, and innovative form.

The AXHU delegates, correspondingly, told of their own understanding of how to sincerely react the new rounds of innovative and transformative impacts of the digital tech teaching practices, regional evolution of cultural nature, faculty & staff in team management, etc., existing and working in the AXHU international education system.
Making much of constructive research through dialogues in person, AXHUers, being like many of the most active members in each tea break-like condition while at the Symposium, make nice with a host of nationwide positive experts and world-renowned specialists, such as the Nanjing University Prof. CHENG Aimin, with a joint appointment as famous visiting scholar in the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, also director of the Research Institute of International Chinese Language Education and Culture Communication, who spoke highly of the AXHU’s international education development and practices over the past decade, and himself gave lots of tentative suggestions from academic opinions on the particular values and attitudes of “forwarding the young International Student education providers and participants to become thoughtful, fruitful and impactful as a lifelong dedicator at all times, deeply seated in Chinese private universities and colleges.”
