The 2024 Taizhou Pairing-up Program, supported by the Administration of Human Resources and Social Security of the Taizhou Municipal Government, Zhejiang Province, aims to build up the university-enterprise collaborative platform of transforming the academic research priorities of higher education to growing the strengths of enterprises and businesses aligned with the local cultural and industrial needs, which specifically brought together more than 110 universities and colleges distributed at more than 20 provinces (or municipalities and autonomous regions) across China.
At the invitation of the organizing committee, three-member AXHU delegation led by the assistant president SHAO Ling joined this event from Aug 7-9.
With the inaugural ceremony, the official readouts updated its new support policies and solutions unique for 2024 graduates nationwide, comprising financial aids and grants for early career and start-ups, access to household registration, social security, and other extension services, which are widely recognized and appreciated by higher education, the workforce, and the public.
Afterwards, a special meeting delved deeper into the pertinent questions centered around the university-enterprise cooperation of all operations, including the employment prospects, “two-way” professionals, talents pipeline, “features” model visualization for external collaboration programs, and more, during which AXHU delegation successfully teamed up with over 10 enterprises to date, such as Zhejiang Sunpro Power Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Jiuzhou New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., ADD Industry(Zhejiang)Corporation Limited.
Moreover, they also branched out via field trips for scrutiny in person—to expand employment opportunities for the graduating students at all levels—at some local impact manufacturers, including QJMOTOR, LEO PUMP, ASD, Zhejiang Provincial Innovation Tech Center for Numerical Control Machine Tools, etc.
As the planned undertaking, AXHU community will continue to deepen its cross-regional educational cooperation projects targeted, foreshadowing any potentials of scaling higher achievements in ideological diversity, which can well cater to common interests in the light of different expectations from higher education institutions, industrial sectors, each of graduating students and more, to maintain societal significant progress.
