More recently, the 15^th “LANQIAO Cup” National Competition for Software and Information Technology Talents (province-level individual event by region and subject) took place, which brought together approximately 230,000 candidate students at over 1,900 leading institutions of China, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and much more.

This high-impact, quality-assured, top-level event was with a focus on computer science in the subjects of C/C++, JAVA, Python, software testing, single-chip machine, Embedded System, IoT, and otherwise.

Successfully, the AXHU Big Data & Artificial Intelligence School team became as an integral part of the national community of expert learners and motivated peers to develop skills in academia or executive environments, and LANQIAO medal was awarded to the student fellows (who achieved their goals, and finished 1 first prize, 5 second prizes, and 11 third prizes).

Importantly, this key event was held in the nation 15 years in a row, sponsored by the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, which joins the National General Higher Education Disciplinary Competition Rankings for the fourth year in succession and is widely recognized an extraordinary project on educational reform for training the innovative talents.

In the future, the School will continue to help its current students positively furthered  through the hyper-visible disciplinary engagement at all levels, while highlighting their practical, innovative capacities and reframing the university-enterprise cooperation & collaboration projects for preparing an amazing number of high-quality IT talents to shape the world.
