For now, celebrating the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), being in the spotlight at the 5th thematic publicity event—Blazing Days in Youth—hosted by the Center for Student Services and Development, Ministry of Education, P. R. China (MOE) are a new batch of AXHUers, who are throwing themselves into the remote, bleak, and long deserted places of difficulties and hardships, where to be honed as an army of wieldy hands, fortitudinous practitioners, and hardy trailblazers, and who will always be dedicated themselves with arduous endeavors and profound intelligence under the guidance of Chinese state government, angling toward the masses’ common welfare, the modernization of Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA), the well-lived entrepreneurship in its entirety, and more.

More and more iconic youngsters from this year’s graduating classes are to stand the much-needed posts, who are in the subjection of the era’s ever-during missions. They crowding on sail for the Chinese Dream!

Every one present-day might make a sense of the indigenous implications of the Youth, fully rendering its powerful appeal or influential after-taste throughout your time with a highly romanticized scenario. WANG Hao, male, Chinese Han nationality, CPC member, a native of Lingbi county, Anhui province, is an Animation grad from the AXHU School of Art, C’21. At the School, he received 8 national-level awards, 12 provincial-level honors, and 21 AXHU-wide prizes. In responding to the China’s Western Development Initiative of the CPC Central Committee, drumming up a new recruits with the era’s strongest voices—“Dedicated to Grass-roots Work for Our Country and Our People in the Western Regions.” 

In Jul 2021, sparkling with the passion and inspiration, Wang registered into the MOE  Programme in Advancing China’s Western Construction for Enrollment for 2021 Graduates from the Institutions of Higher Education. Later, he took office as the staff member (Level-1) at the local People’s Government for Social Affairs, its CPC Publicity Committee and its Township Administration of Secrets Protection, of the Nao Abati Tajik ethnic township, Pishan county, Hotan prefecture in Xinjiang. At present, he is mainly in charge of the local culture-related events and activities, publicity and education, tourism promotion, construction of the Convergence Media Center, and more.

To conceive noble ideal for another fruitful season in your Homeplace

At the start—“To be, or not to be” at the Intersection (consequent upon graduating), Wang’s forthright option of going to the west has been confronted with many interrogatory glances, cascading from in-school classmates, years-long best buddies, or even his parents and other immediate relatives. “De facto, today’s China would have been in a critical period of boosting the overall development in all regions more than ever before. The young people are not supposed to shirk their responsibilities and obligations. It is time to find a fulcrum to move the world forwards,” Wang said sternly .

Despite being exposed to the negative viewpoints ridden with somehow private emotions at all, Wang precisely resorts to a best-case exchange in paces for gaining their positive support and understanding in truth of “the national interest paramount,” and at that occasion he soon embarks on his one-way career for the great cause of Chinese rejuvenation and prosperity on all fronts, which will have been seeded with the complete gamut of his hope, courage and wisdom. Stand out—with indigenous knowledge and intelligence—to steer the grass-roots concerns into a harbor

In 2017, Wang was admitted into AXHU School of Art, during which he did diligently study his bachelor’s degree programme in Animation, but also forge spirit-lifting relationships with his well-read fellows in class as well as the enthralling colleagues teaming up as assistant staff at the School’s Student Leadership Group to engage constructively in a range of AXHU-wide affairs or public outreaches. There, the evolution over the past years taken to learn effortfully, think futuristically, and work effulgently, especially about the academic procession in tandem with active community engagements (2017-2019), makes him hearken an echo of the call of the times in the distance.

With an aim of revitalizing the local economy and ethnic culture, riding on the new times’ great trend, Wang, based on its climatic features and seasonal specialties in tourism and the operations schemes reached by collective deliberation and decision [consultative conference], turns to a raft of innovative modes in publicity, such as Convergence Media-powered developmental projects, Tajik-styled artistic troupe, indoor streaming webcast studio, outdoor live-streamed detachments, “internet-famous” 网红 “punch-in” 打卡 tourist attractions.

During that, with both villagers’ concerted, unremitting efforts and his utmost abilities in specialized knowledge, the publicity platform of Convergence Media and cultural network is inaugurated and building out at the Nao Abati Tajik nationality township. And Wang himself is many times awarded by the local administration.

To make the moments in workplace modestly, creatively and courageously  

To promote friendship and mutual understanding and surmount the language barrier, Wang everyday takes his off-work time to visit the local residents in person and conduct door-to-door household survey, while learning about the fine folk customs and culture as well as improving his communicative level in Uygur language. With this, “Although it is a very hard job, ‘We must put the people first,’ to firmly support the regional economic development and showcase the local cultural strengths in all aspects.”

Since taking office there, Wang has fully implements Chinese President Xi Jinping’s the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and remarks at conferences: the 19th National Congress; the 3rd CPC Central Committee Meeting on Regional Ethnic Autonomy in Xinjiang. Truly, carrying forward the “Four Consciousnesses^[1],” “Four-Sphere Self-Confidence^[2],” and “Two Upholds^[3],” with which he, as a grassroots CPC member, ceaselessly enforces Party discipline, improves his own idea and conduct, and enhances ongoing learning and problem-solving abilities.

[1] Four Consciousnesses 四个意识: all CPC members should act on the consciousnesses of the Political Ideology; the Coordinated Layout; the Core leadership; and the Aligned Development.

[2] Four-Sphere Self-Confidence四个自信: namely, the confidence of building a Modern Socialist Country, in the path, theory, system, and culture with Chinese Characteristics.

[3] Two Upholds两个维护: upholding the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core and upholding and strengthening the Party’s overall leadership.

“The glistening white snowdrops are everblooming at the snow-caped Everest, and the weathered golden-leaves poplars are deeply rooted in the vast deserts,” Wang says. “‘On an irreversible historical course’ in the best time of China, we will strive at all levels to fulfill Chinese nation’s historical missions of great importance in unity, which will be our most beautiful youth crystallizing in the remote Xinjiang [covering 1.66 million square kilometers], northwest China.”
