AXHU EDUCATION

Anhui Xinhua University (AXHU), invested by Anhui Xinhua Group in 2000, is the first private university in Anhui province authorized by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (MOE) to confer Bachelor’s degree.

The university is situated in the city of Hefei, the capital of Anhui province, which is well-known for its advanced science, technology and education. The main campus is located at the foot of the beautiful Dashu Mountain National Forest Park, covering an area of 1,000,000 square meters with a size of 500,000 square meters building area. The university, with 20, 000 plus students, is the largest and best private university in Anhui province. 

AXHU has 12 schools or teaching units — 64 undergraduate majors, including science technology, business management, economics, literature and pharmacy, fine arts, etc., in which the student with a different cultural background and individual interest can chart his or her own course.

The cooperation and exchange with the reputed universities across the world is the important strategic planning to AXHU, which always keeps a closely cooperative relationship with more than 20 universities from U.S., U.K., Poland, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, etc..

Till now, it has enrolled over 80 international students, coming from Russia, South Africa, Bangladesh, Georgia, Pakistan, Zimbabwe or other countries. Here, we offer Chinese language training (HSK4-6) and academic courses to the current international students. Currently, the majors accessible to the registered international students include international trade and economics, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and computer science and technology.
