Based on laws and policies stipulated by the MOE and the Educational Department of Anhui Province, the School, under the leadership of AXHU CPC committee, is committed to the continued/open/professional education engaged in the area of adult higher education on AXHU campus or online, including the self-learner-specific tertiary education, preparations for master’s degree, training in stints with vocational improvement (diplomas + technical capabilities), etc., working the way as follows:

 

Adhering to the Party’s educational guideline and the relevant laws and rules, the AXHU Education’s overall developmental layout features a range of concrete measures and solutions within a framework of the Party-led administration to correspondingly exercise the critical points highlighted on the annual work plan in light of the School’s current situations and conditions each year, and to set out the pedagogical mission, disciplinary architecture, everyday management of teaching, research, and student affairs, and more.

 

To turn the well-defined goals accessible for the degree programs expanded in Chinese higher education system into the concrete regulations and solutions of managing the continued education operating at much higher level, and to step up efforts for the best performance of the Party work, student affairs, teaching affairs, administrative services, and much more.

 

To make the annual educational plan—submitting to assessment and approval at the relevant educational authorities across all levels, mobilize the admissions advertising, offer the academic counsel & aid, and make full preparations in advance for the September’s first-year intakes to join AXHU community, and so on.

 

To write (or rewrite) the ‘Talent Cultivation Plan’ by majors or minors, supervise the administrative management to oversee the teaching practices, and guide the comprehensive objectives to be fulfilled in the period.

 

To review candidate student’s eligibility for the degree certificate/diploma to be conferred by the School’s Academic Board, archive the academic information for each student status linked to the data management system of educational administrative departments at all levels, as well as offer the graduates certificate/diploma reissuance service.

 

To co-work with the AXHU Finance Office to guarantee annual financial balance and administrate the special funds, including budget, receipts and disbursements, to escalate its internal educational architecture year on year.
