AXHU School of Marxism
Being under the direct management of AXHU leaderships and administrators, the AXHU School of Marxism is a separate institute affiliated to AXHU administration and conducts entire teaching and research of Ideological and Political Education (incl. Situations and Policies), disciplinary construction, and organization of teaching and training staff.
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the School has always been dedicated to implementing the spirit of National (or Anhui Provincial Education Department) Work Conference for Ideological and Political Education of Higher Education, i.e., Solutions to Improving the Work Quality of Ideological and Political Education of Higher Education and Basic Demands on the Theoretical Teaching of Ideological and Political Education of Higher Education in the New Era, and rigorously puts all the relevant teaching and research into places at AXHU community.
Adhering to the pivot of nurturing high-quality undergraduate students featuring morality and aspiration and abilities, it relies on the curriculum construction and imports appealing, inspiring and constructive contents into the course system, with nurturing the students’ Ideal and Faith at its core, with communicating core socialist value at its rule, with fulfilling fundamental tasks of helping the students access to their all-rounded growth and progress at its guideline, with in-depth reform and innovation in the areas of the teaching and research at its capstone, with application and impacts of the teaching objectives at its nature, with training and expanding academic capacities of the faculty and staff at its base, with increasing the teaching level, standardizing humanistic management of teaching and students affairs, and intensifying the oversight over teaching quality and administrative effectiveness at its mission, with clear, wise and forward-looking ideas of how to achieve positive evolution and breakthroughs based on everyday hands-on practices with regard to teaching quality, scientific research, faculty and staff, talents, social services, and development of AXHU in all aspects.

Faculty in Their Tenure
Adhering to the Chinese President Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully and faithfully implementing the Party’s education policy, acting on Morality-Ideal-Faith educational drive, upholding the core socialist values, improving the teachers’ overall capacity of educating and nurturing talents, consolidating the work foundation, highlighting the focal points, instituting norms and standards, fulfilling duties and responsibilities, establishing platform of teaching and research, designing personnel system of recruiting and selecting, leveraging the training and cultivating, intensifying scientific research, depending on institutional establishment, the School aims to steadfastly increase the level and quality of Ideological and Political Education course and make great efforts to constitute a cluster of well-staffed teaching and research teams of Ideological and Political Education, characterizing with solid political stance, high-trained expertise, scholarship and cultivation, good behavior and morality.
In the recent years, the School is committed to empowering its teaching and training staff according to the relevant official documents released by the CPC Central Committee, State Council, Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, MOE, including Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Education for College Students (2005), Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Work in the New Era (2016), Standards on Higher Learning Ideological and Political Education Course Construction (2015), as well as, combing through the characteristics of China private universities development, institutes the Construction Plan for the AXHU Academic Team of Ideological and Political Education.

A Glimpse of Guest Professors’ AXHU-wide Academic Engagement
Prof. GAO Yuelun
At 14:00, Sep 29, 2020, Prof. GAO Yuelong with Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering, delivered his academic report on Chinese President Xi Jinping’s Thought on Governance and Administration of State Affairs (volume three) at the AXHU Academic Report Hall. The faculty members and student representatives from the AXHU schools attend this event, which is moderated by the dean He Xiaogang.
At first, on behalf of the AXHU School of Marxism, He Xiaogang presents AXHU Letter of Appointment to Prof. Gao Yuelun. And “Talents cultivation of higher education must follow up with the guidance of Chinese president Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,” Gao pointed out, “Today, the high-quality teaching of Ideological and Political Education course should integrate with the Thought while educating the undergraduate students at school, by which to grow and shape a cultivation of patriotism and selfless devotion, an aspiration of building a strong, modern China and an awareness of developing socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, and a resolution of realizing great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts.”
Then, Gao elaborated the concrete educational objectives from the four aspects: 1) Stance and Attitude—the entire foundation is based on the Thought; 2) Ideal and Faith—the young students themselves shall combine the pursuit of individual value with Chinese Dream, national destiny, and the times’ mission; 3) Methods and Paths—the Course should focus on the questions and problems in the real world and the ways in thinking and learning and working, by which to help the undergraduate students develop the effective cognition and applied ability and become high-quality, specialized and aspirational practitioners; 4) Global Vision—the matters of the Course should unravel and interpret a clear association between the today’s holistic tendency in China and something across the world, and demonstrate the significance of China’s initiatives to maintain world peace and development and to build a community with a shared future for mankind.
At last, Mr. He concluded, “This is a thought-provoking, high-powered and inspiring academic report providing benefits to our minds and also one of the critical parts of working on ways of increasing the level of AXHU Ideological and Political Education course. As planned, the School is going to project a series of lectures of this kind in the coming days, so as to enrich teaching content and its ideological and cultural connotation.”
Prof. SHI Changwang
On the afternoon of Dec 12, 2020, deputy dean of Anhui Provincial Research Institute for the CPC’s History SHI Changwang was invited by the School to give a lecture titled The First Spring Thunder—Review of the Early History of the Party’s Development in Anhui Province at the Performing Hall, AXHU School of Culture and Communication. All teaching staff of AXHU School of Marxism, the staff for the Party’s affairs at AXHU, and some student representatives attended this event, which was moderated by the dean He Xiaogang.
In the beginning, Prof. Shi shows insight into the significance and influence of May Fourth Movement (1919) by examining the past studies and sifting through relevant historical proofs and resources, analyzing the struggling bravery of Anhui people’s revolutionary road to anti-imperialist, anti-feudal, political and cultural movement, describing the spreading of Marxism across the Anhui province and the building of the CPC or Communist Youth League in Anhui province in its early periods and the lead intellectuals’ great actions pursuing the national liberation, freedom and equality, and speaking highly of the splendid dedication of the former generations of proletarian revolutionists as well. Finally, he weighs in on the long-lasting value and impacts of the “Spirit of Red Boat”—Stay True to the Party’s Original Aspiration and the Founding Mission.
At last, Mr. He, on the behalf of the attendees, extended thanks to the Prof. Shi’s vivid, boon and informative report, from which the students, faculty and staff benefit a lot, and advocated that all the CPC members at AXHU shall carry on the Party’s excellent historical tradition, forge ahead aligned with the Party’s advancement and progression, pledge to engender a high-spirited image and work out a pioneering role in the new era. Also, Prof. Shi was fielding reference questions from students and faculty in person, while sharing his own evidence-based practice opinion during the Q & A activity.
Prof. ZHANG Guogang
At 14:00, Oct 23, 2019, the 2nd “AXHU Forum in Humanities” was held at the AXHU Academic Hall. The lecturer for this academic report is Prof. ZHANG Guogang with Tsinghua University. The attendees for this event include: AXHU president SHI Xiuhe, AXHU vice president FANG Chunjie, some academic staff of Hefei University, all teaching staff of the AXHU School of Marxism, student representatives from AXHU schools, which was moderated by the dean HE Xiaogang.
At first, on behalf of the AXHU, Mr. Shi presents AXHU Letter of Appointment to Prof. Zhang Guogang. Then, Zhang gave his academic report themed the Road to Great China and Resplendent Civilization—Through A Comparative and Historical Vision, in which he retold the Chinese inheritance and evolution in the context of Sino-U.S. culture clash at some points, putting forth the core elements of Chinese traditional culture such as “Benevolence, Faithfulness, Civic Right”. Historically, combing the vein of Chinese historical development itself with a variety of evolving civilizations in Europe, Zhang stressed impacts of the foundation of national culture and five-thousand-plus historical tradition and factual living status quo of around 1.4 billion population in China, which is inclusively theoretical foundation to strengthen “Four Consciousnesses” and “Four-Sphere Confidence.”
During Q&A activity, Prof. Zhang answers the questions in person (e.g. “how college students grow and develop at school?”) raised by some student representatives from AXHU School of Electronic Engineering/School of Intelligent Manufacturing and AXHU School of Urban Construction. At last, Dean He Xiaogang concludes, “This is a profound academic report at high levels, which can help undergraduate students further learn about the Chinese history and its current situations and issues, and steadfastly follow up with the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the near future, the School will do its utmost to expand resources by inviting famous experts and scholars at home and abroad to share their research findings at AXHU.”

Teaching Staff of Excellent and Character
FANG Zhangdong, executive dean, full professor, doctoral degree, Anhui Outstanding Teacher, Anhui Provincial Higher Education Lecturer of Excellence in Ideological & Political Theory Courses, MOE-based Expert of Evaluation & Assessment of Undergraduate Education, member of high-end engagement expert tank at the CPC Anhui Province committee, executive member of China Society of Historical Materialsim, executive member of Chinese Association for History of International Communist Movement, deputy director of Anhui Society of Scientific Socialism, MOE-honored lecturer of High-Quality Curriculum of “History of Marxist Philosophy,” and Prof. Fang received the Anhui Social Science Award and Anhui Educational Achievements Award many times, and wrote approximately 100 research papers and 20 books/teaching textbooks, which had already been accepted and published by many of top journals or press agencies of impact in this area.
HE Xiaogang, emeritus dean, male, doctoral degree, full professor, former teacher at Anhui Normal University Department of History (1982-2006), at Shanghai DianJi University (2007-2018), and at AXHU School of Marxism (2019-2026), visiting scholar at Peking University (2012-2013), his continued education’s main engagement in advanced studies—Research on the Generals Sacrificing for the Country during the War of Resistance against Japanese Incursion into China—at National Taipei University of Technology (Sep-Oct, 2014), a native of Susong, Anhui province, born in 1959, received his bachelor’s degree from Anhui Normal University in 1982, master’s degree form Shanghai Normal University in 1990, and doctoral degree from Russian State Agrarian University in 2005.
The academic courses HE taught include: the CPC History, Modern and Contemporary Chinese History, History of CPC-Kuomintang Relations, Comments on Chinese Modern Personages, Appreciation of Poems in Tang (618-907) and Song (960-1279) Dynasties, An Introduction to Sociology, Contract Bridge Game and Society, Comments on Personages of the Republic of China (1912-1949), Annotation of Taoism, Coordination and Communication, Research on Socialist Theory and Practices with Chinese Characteristics. In the recent years, he has published 20-plus academic papers on the core journals (e.g. Guangming Daily) and written a number of monographs: Contract Bridge Game and Society, Study of Vocational Education, Reexamining Ecological Civilization, Environmental Management, Historical Stories of Shanghai, and Sea-Views of Shanghai, etc.
DONG Lijuan, deputy dean, associate professor, born in Jan 1982, Anhui New Star Faculty, AXHU New Star Teacher, AXHU Skeleton Teacher, visiting scholar at University of Science and Technology of China, has received many awards and honors at the AXHU- or provincial level, earned her bachelor’s degree in Education from Anqing Normal University in 2004 and master’s degree in the History of Marxism from Auihui University.
Dong joined AXHU faculty in Aug 2004, and in 2012, was selected “Skeleton Teachers Candidate.”
At AXHU, she was named the head of AXHU Teaching and Research Group for Ideological and Moral Education and Fundamentals of Law, and the co-head of Work Group for Teaching Reform in Ideological and Political Education, and teaches content courses to the undergraduate students including Ideological and Moral Education and Fundamentals of Law, Basic Principles of Marxism, Introduction of Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, and Theory of Three Represents, Situations and Policies, and more.
Meanwhile, Dong is dedicated to innovation and reform in practices and research of teaching methods in Ideological and Political Education and pedagogical paths, by which to institute the Construction Planning for AXHU Ideological and Political Theory Course and to chair the Reform Project of Classroom Teaching Methods for AXHU Ideological and Political Theory.
Over the past 5 years, Dong’s teaching quality and performance was granted 4-time Excellence Award with an average score of 91.36. Besides, her outcomes and findings in teaching and reform was recognized by the relevant experts and scholars at AXHU and beyond, including two-time third prize (ranking 2nd in 2013 and ranking 3rd in 2015) of Anhui Provincial Teaching Achievements Award (project numbers: 2013cgj0177-2, 2015cgj304-3); first prize of academic papers competition at 2nd Work Forum for Anhui Provincial Ideological and Political Education): Research on Teaching Methods Modeling of Theme + Feature + Modularization (first author); first prize of 5th AXHU Classroom Teaching Competition for Young Faculty, first prize of 2nd AXHU Teaching Planning and Design Competition; and honorable mention of 3rd AXHU Multimedia Courseware Making Competition in 2010; two-time third prize of Anhui Provincial Course Teaching Competition in Undergraduate Career Guidance, in 2012 and 2014; third prize of Anhui Provincial Theoretical Course Teaching Competition in Ideological and Political Education in 2013; honor of “Anhui Provincial New Star Lecturer” in 2013 (2013jtxx93); first prize of All-China Military Theoretical Courses Teaching Demonstration in 2019.
Moreover, Dong was engaged in the team building for AXHU-wide Ideological and Political Theoretical Courses in 2010 and chaired the teaching and research project of Anhui Provincial Quality Engineering Programme in 2012: Research on Themes-based Teaching of Ideological and Political Theoretical Courses (project number: 2012jyxm581), received the honor of “Excellent Video Class”—Ideological and Moral Education and Fundamentals of Law (section 2, chapter 6)—of Anhui Provincial Ideological and Political Theory Engineering Programme (project number: 20122013SZKJSGC1-28) in 2012, moreover, directed the project of AXHU-wide High-quality Video Courses Development: Ideological and Moral Education and Fundamentals of Law in 2012, the key project of AXHU-wide Teaching and Research Programme: Research on University Campus Culture Development Based on Chinese Socialist Core Value System in 2013, co-chaired the project (2015gxk082) of Anhui Provincial High-quality Shared Courses Resources Programme in 2015 (which currently is in the periods of website construction and video classes post-production).
And she has published 4 academic papers of teaching and research (two Class-3, two Class-2), of which 1 paper is cited by the core journal XINHUA WENZHAI, completed 1 project of Anhui Provincial Higher Education Excellent Young Faculty Foundation (project number: 2012SQR219), and earned the key project of Anhui Provincial Higher Education Excellent Young Faculty Support Programme (project number: gxyqZD2016382) in 2015 and the key project (member) of Anhui Provincial Higher Education Humanities and Social Sciences Programme (project number: SK2016A0452).
In 2012, Dong was selected as the candidate for AXHU Skeleton Faculty (which now is officially accredited). With an aim of improving personal capacities of teaching and research, she registered into the 13th and 14th Anhui Provincial Training Class for Skeleton Fellows of Teaching and Research in Philosophy and Social Sciences from 2010 June-July and the Training Programme for Senior Mentors funded by the MOE Training and Research Base in August 2012, and obtained an access to the China Visiting Scholars Planning for Young Skeleton Faculty of Higher Education and hereby successfully completed one-year academic research of philosophy at University of Science and Technology of China from Sept 2013 to July 2014.
SONG Xiaoyan, female, associate professor, CPC member, master’s degree, teaches content courses to the undergraduate students such as Mao Zedong Thought and Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics; Basic Principles of Marxism.

ZHANG Fengpin, associate professor, the Faculty secretary for teaching affairs, received her bachelor’s degree of Ideological and Political Education from Anhui Normal University and is studying for her master’s degree programme. In August 2004, Zhang joined AXHU faculty and mainly taught content courses to the undergraduate students including Ideological and Moral Education and Fundamentals of Law, and Mao Zedong Thought and Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.

HU Yanping, female, born in Feb 1991, a native of Suzhou, Anhui province, received her master’s degree of Philosophy from Anhui Medical University. In Jun 2020, Hu joined AXHU faculty members and taught content course to the undergraduate students: Mao Zedong Thought and Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.
LIU Lijuan, female, lecturer, CPC member, born in Nov 1981, received her bachelor’s degree from Anqing Normal University in Jul 2004 and her master’s degree of Development History of Marxism from Anhui University in Jul 2012. In Aug 2004, she joined AXHU faculty members and taught content courses to the undergraduate including Ideological and Moral Education and Fundamentals of Law, and Mao Zedong Thought and Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.

WANG Jing, female, master’s degree, CPC member, associate professor, was born in May 1973. At AXHU, she mainly teaches content course to the undergraduate students such as Conspectus of Modern and Contemporary Chinese History and Basic Principles of Marxism.

LI Hongxia, female, lecturer, CPC member, born in Apr 1975, received both her bachelor’s degree in Jul 1997 and her master’s degree of Economic Law in Jun 2012 from the Law School of Anhui University. In Jan 2001, she joined AXHU faculty and taught content courses to undergraduate students and three-year college students (incl. Requirements for the Self-taught Adult Learning and the Online Education) such as Fundamentals of Law, Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis, Mao Zedong Thought and Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and more.

XIA Nana, female, born in May 1994, a native of Huainan, Anhui province, received her master’s degree in Philosophy from Anhui University, and joined the Faculty in Jul 2023.
WU Yan, born in Oct 1997, a native of Chuzhou, Anhui province, received the master’s degree in Law from Wuhan University of Technology, and joined the Faculty in Jun 2023.

PENG Yaoyao, male, CPC member, former lecturer of Shanghai Communications Polytechnic, received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shanghai Normal University and his master’s degree in Law from Tongji University, completed the World Intellectual Property Organization-Tongji Joint Master Programme and the Visiting Scholars program at National University of Singapore, participated into the National Social Sciences Funding Programme—Research on the Solutions to International Intellectual Property Disputes; Shanghai Municipality Social Sciences Foundation—Research on Steering Mechanism for the Optimal Configuration of Regional Innovative Resources and finished internships and practices at Shanghai High People’s Court.

YUAN Ya, born in Nov 1991, a native of Guoyang, Anhui province, received a bachelor’s degree in History from the School of History and Society of Huaibei Normal University in Jul 2014 and a master’s degree in Chinese History from the Department of History of Anhui University in Jul 2017, and joined AXHU Faculty of Marxism in Mar 2023, serving as a faculty member for Ideological and Political Education course.

GONG Cheng, male, associate professor, CPC member, is mostly engaged with teaching and research in the area of Ideological and Political Education, the taught courses include Fundamental Principals of Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought and Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, Situations and Policies, and so forth.
His academic achievements and honors comprise of more than 30 papers accepted and published on some core publications such as PLA Daily, 10 + academic projects (director or member), recipient of PLA Allowance for the special excellence in professional positions, and Outstanding Teaching Awards, many-times recipient of Advanced Academic Individuals award or AXHU Excellent Faculty Award.
ZU Yun, male, Chinese Han people, born in Jan 1958, a native of Chaohu, Anhui province, received a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Anhui Normal University Department of Political Education. In 1993, Zu was officially conferred as the associate professorship at Anhui Medical University Center for Teaching & Research on Marxism-Leninism. And in Jun 1999, he completed his master’s degree courses at Anhui University Department of Philosophy. Zu has been engaged with the basic work for both CPC Higher Education Institution Committee, and Ideological and Political Education practices for a long time, and has worked two times as the member of the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
Today, he is holding a role as executive member of the Chinese Association for History of International Communist Movement, deputy director of Anhui Provincial Socialism Society. Having more than 40 years’ teaching experiences, he teaches content courses to the college students including History of Communist Party of China, Life Philosophy, History of Chinese Revolution, Conspectus of Modern and Contemporary Chinese History, Fundamental Principals of Marxism, Theory and Practice of Scientific Socialism, and more, co-authors some other monographs and teaching materials of higher education, publishes a number of academic papers, and harvests lots of prizes and honors, including the National Financial Theory Research Achievements Award, Outstanding Achievements Award of Anhui Provincial Social Sciences, gold medal of the Anhui Provincial Seventh-Five-Year-Plan Outstanding Constructor (conferred by Anhui Provincial Chinese Communist Youth League committee), Anhui Provincial Outstanding Youth Ideological and Political Educator (by Anhui Provincial Department of Publicity), Advanced Individuals of Educational Cultivation. After retiring from his former position in Feb 2018, he was reemployed as a faculty member at AXHU Faculty of Marxism.
WANG Yanan, born in Jul 1996, a native of Fuyang, Anhui province, obtained a master’s degree in Law from Nanjing University of Science and Technology. In Dec 2022, Wang joined AXHU, serving as a faculty member at AXHU School of Marxism.

WANG Yan, female, born in Jul 1995, CPC member, received a master’s degree from the School of Marxism at Yunnan Agricultural University. While studying there, she earned Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship, “Outstanding Student Leaders,” “Advanced Individuals in Social Practices,” worked out a number of projects (director or member) and participated in academic conferences, and her research findings got published on some journals or shared on the proceedings, created the Aspiration Workshop (of the School of Marxism).

WU ZhiXian, born in Mar 1999, receives a bachelor’s degree in Literature (major) and a bachelor’s degree in Law (minor) from East China University of Political Science and Law in Jul 2021. SUN Chenchen, female, teaching assistant, CPC member, born in Apr 1989, received a bachelor’s degree in Sichuan University of Media and Communications in 2010 and a master’s degree in Psychological Health Education from Nanjing Normal University in 2014, and is studying her doctoral programme. Prior to joining AXHU, she hold a role as a mental-health counselor at the Nanjing Xianlin Middle School in 2013 and served as a faculty member of the psychological Health course at Jiangsu Province Nanjing Engineering Vocational College in 2014, and began her tenure from 2020 as both a mentor and mental-health counselor at AXHU and its Center for College Student Mental Health.

LI Binwei, female, CPC member, received a bachelor’s degree from Wannan Medical College and a master’s degree from Anhui Normal University. WU Yi, female, CPC member, lecturer, Chinese Han people, a native of Chaohu, Anhui province, born in Aug 1986, received a bachelor’s degree from Jiangxi Agricultural University in 2009 and a master’s degree in Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2012. WANG Ershang, born in June, 1995, a native of Wuhe county, Bengbu City, Anhui province, graduated in 2020 from Wuhu University (formerly named Wanjiang College of Anhui Normal University) and received a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language and Literature, during which Wang also won the first-tier scholarship of MOE Encouragement and Motivation Programme and the Best Graduate of Anhui Undergraduate Education; in 2023, earned a master’s degree in Chinese Philosophy at Anhui Normal University, whose academic specialty focuses on Chinese Philosophy and Poetry Studies featuring in his two graduation theses: Impact of Zhuang-zi’s Philosophical Ideas on Artistic Conception of Li-bai Poems Formed in Tang Dynasty, and A Comparative Study of Zhuang-zi’s and Meng-zi’s Ideal Personality to Signify the Nature-and-Man Harmony in Coexistence. In May, 2025, Wang joined AXHU faculty.
KE Chen, born in 1999, a native of Wuhu, Anhui province, received a master’s degree of Philosophy from Anhui University. In May, 2025, he joined AXHU faculty.
ZHANG Yanchen, born in December, 1999, earned a bachelor’s degree of Political Science from Huaibei Normal University and a master’s degree of Marxist Theory from Hefei University of Technology, and later joined AXHU faculty.
LI Junjie, a native of Hefei City, received a master’s degree in Ideological and Political Education Theories and Research Methods from Hefei University of Technology, and immediately joined AXHU faculty.
WEN Xiaoxiang, male, born in 1965, a native of Lujiang county, Hefei City, CPC member, doctor’s degree in Philosophy, full professor, member of Chinese Society for Marxist Philosophy Studies, and member of Anhui Sociological Association.
Wen graduated from Anhui Hexian Teachers College in 1980, and later studied and earned a master’s degree of Philosophy in 1997 and a doctoral degree of Philosophy in 2007 at the Philosophy College of Nankai University.
After serving as a tenured faculty member at Chaohu University School of Economics and Law, he joined AXHU faculty.
The taught courses of his include: Sociology, Introduction to Social Work, Constitutional Law, History of Western Law, Sociology of Law, Introduction to Marxist Political Philosophy, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Science of Policy, Political Economy, Organizational Behaviors, Internet Finance and Investment, Internet Finance Policies and Regulations, and Compendium of Chinese Modern History.
More than 20 research papers were accepted and published by some of national-level journals, such as Philosophical Trends, Teaching and Research, Tianjin Social Sciences, Social Science Front, Social Science Journal, Seeking Truth, of which some represent high-rated citation index based on the CERNET Authentication and Resource Sharing Infrastructure of China Social Science Excellence and the CHINESE SOCIAL SCIENCES NET.
Moreover, his book “A New Interpretation of Marxist Theory of Justice” published by Anhui Peoples Publishing House, April, 2024, had a huge impact.
CHEN Yuxiang, born in February, 1997, a native of Lu’an City, Anhui province, CPC member, received a master’s degree of Law (majoring in Fundamentals of Marxism) from the Party School of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee, and joined AXHU faculty in December, 2024, and now takes office at the School of Marxism teaching the undergraduate courses such as An Introduction to MAO Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, Fundamentals of Marxism, and others.
DENG Feng, female, Chinese Han people, doctoral degree, a native of Hefei City, born in 1969, received a bachelor’s degree of Law in September of 1988, and a master’s degree of Law in February of 2007, both from Anhui University Law School-and after studying at the Anhui Normal University she also earned a master’s degree of Philosophy at the School of Law in September, 2007 and a doctoral degree of Law at the School of Marxism in September, 2016.
Concentrating her theoretical research and practices on ‘Fundamentals of Marxism’ for many years, she wrote nearly 30 academic papers that include a couple of mega-hit works accepted and published on the A-line journals and two books of impact as co-authors, and stayed actively engaged with a lot of applied research projects at the MOE or the Department of Education of Anhui Province, such as the provincial-level Quality Engineering: “Integrity and Innovation—Teaching Reform of Ideological and Political Courses across Anhui-area Applied Undergraduate Universities in New Era” (project number: 2019szjy164); the critical project sponsored by Anhui Provincial Higher Education Foundations of Humanities and Social Sciences Research: “With A History of Marxism Worldwide—Origins, Process, and Fashion of Chinese Concept ‘Human Community with A Shared Future’” (project number: SK2018A0703); and the general project: “Ideological and Political Education for Chinese Cultural Inheritance Functioning at Separate Institutions ” (2015); and others.
From Jul. 2010 through Aug. 2016, Deng took office as the Ideological and Political Courses Teaching Group director at Jianghuai College of Anhui University, during that dedicated time, her educational practice was widely, positively recognized by the students, fellow members, and leaders.
Meanwhile, she reconciled as the College’s legal adviser official too and helped the College Treasury Department save economic losses totaling nearly millions of yuan.

With that commitments down-to-earth, she receives a massive number of students’ applause and welcome, and was evaluated and honored as the school-level ‘Year’s Star Teacher’ for seven straight years, bronze medal of Anhui Provincial Teaching Achievements 2018, and silver medal of Anhui Provincial Teaching Achievements 2020.
Most importantly, Deng tutored many students to claim the awards at some of national disciplinary competition events.
XU Qingqing, female, lecturer, received a master’s degree from Nanjing Normal University, now mainly teaching undergraduate course of Ideological Morality and Laws at the School of Marxism.
WANG Beibei, female, a native of Nanjing City, Jiangsu province, received a master’s degree of Education Science from Hohai University in June, 2019, and then joined AXHU faculty, teaching undergraduate course of Ideological Morality and Laws at the School of Marxism.
